Ceilidh engages in both poetry and creative writing. Although she’s more inclined toward the latter, she finishes far more poems than stories. Her prose can be found on Sapphire Calligraphy, while she posts poetry from time to time on her personal blog.
Her poem “My Mother Bought a Robot” was a finalist in a Time for Kids poetry contest judged by Ken Nesbitt. In addition, some of her stories will be self-published into an anthology in March 2019.
She was part of the writing and theatre group the Happy Potatoes until early 2018, when she started a writing group with a friend called Procrastinating Writers United.
As well as writing, Ceilidh is also an aspiring editor. She also posts writing tips along with her friend on Unintelligible Babbling.
